Our Cancellation Policy

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on all bookings.

If a tour is cancelled by client with 2 or more days (48 hours) notice the client will lose their 20% deposit and be refunded any other monies paid. If tour is re-booked for a different date/time the deposit will be kept for the new date.

If tour is cancelled by client with less than 48 hours notice they will forfeit their 20% deposit and will be required to place a new deposit if re-booking tour.
