Solving problems  that arise is a general day to day activity in business. Having a team that can work together to effectively solve problems increases the efficiency of any organisation. However, practice makes perfect. Placing your team outside of their comfort zone and asking them to work together to complete objectives and solve problems will not only help your team increase their problem solving abilities and efficiency, but also allow you to see which members of your team can take leadership and handle pressure situations.

The aims of our team building camps are: getting participants to work together to solve problems, bonding the unit together, getting the participants to gain trust in each other, observation of how individuals perform in pressure situations when outside their normal environment.

We can accommodate a maximum of 30 individuals at any one camp.
