We understand that not all participants in our activities are used to operating in outdoor environments. However, we conduct outdoor recreational activities and therefore in nature are affected by changing weather conditions. At all times we recommend our participants carry appropriate clothing to deal with outdoor environments. This includes: wet and cold weather clothing, carrying water, wearing a hat, wearing long pants and wearing sunglasses.

Depending upon the activity to be conducted unless our guides deem that it is to dangerous to conduct an outdoor activity our activities will go ahead. Therefore if it is raining and not dangerous we still conduct activities. Our clients may choose to cancel trips if they are unhappy with weather conditions, however in this event they forfeit their deposit.

In the event of an activity having to be cancelled before the activity is scheduled to finish, we will refund clients the percentage of the fee according to time that they missed out on. (E.g. If a 4 hour tour costs $100 and it is cancelled after 3 hours we will refund the client $25).
